VELLUNE — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of vellune.us and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Vellune, an online store based in the United States ("Vellune", "we", "us", "our").

By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

1. USING THIS SITE
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us. By using the site you confirm this is the case.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or copy our content for a competing purpose, or to interfere with the site's operation or security. We may terminate your access for breaching any of these terms.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on all orders, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

We display our products as accurately as we can, but screens vary and colors, fabrics and finishes may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Sizes, dimensions and any pet size or weight guidance are listed on product pages where they apply — please check them before ordering.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any product, and to correct pricing or descriptive errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order has been confirmed.

3. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout, including a shipping address you can receive deliveries at. We cannot reroute a shipment once it has shipped, and orders that can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur reshipment costs.

4. SHIPPING AND RISK
We ship within the United States. Orders ship directly from the manufacturers we work with in China, and most arrive within about 2 weeks of purchase; full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the item to your address. If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we will make it right — see our Refund Policy.

5. RETURNS
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, not used by your pet, and in their original packaging. Our Refund Policy sets out the full terms and forms part of these Terms of Service.

6. PET SAFETY AND PRODUCT USE
You are responsible for choosing products that suit your pet's size, age, breed and behavior, and for using them as described on the product page and in any instructions supplied.

Always supervise your pet with a new product until you know how they use it. Check toys, beds, scratchers and accessories regularly, and remove any product that becomes worn or damaged, particularly where small parts could be chewed off or swallowed. Electronic products should be used and charged according to their instructions.

Our products are not medical devices or veterinary treatments. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If you have concerns about your pet's health, diet or behavior, consult a qualified veterinarian.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury to any person or animal, or for property damage, arising from misuse of a product, use of a product in a way it was not designed for, use with a pet outside the product's stated size or weight range, or continued use of a damaged product.

7. WARRANTY
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for one year from the delivery date. If a product fails within that period, contact us and we will repair it, replace it, or refund it at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by pets chewing, scratching or tearing, consumable items such as batteries and filters, damage from misuse, or any product that has been modified.

Except as stated in this section, our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without any other warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellune and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or cost of substitute goods, arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from us.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.

9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vellune and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — product photography, written descriptions, the Vellune name and logo, page design and code — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

11. FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, photos of your pets, or other submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce and publish them in any medium. We are under no obligation to keep submissions confidential, to pay for them, or to respond to them. We may edit or remove any submission we consider unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

12. PRIVACY
Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our site may link to third-party sites and relies on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, and delivery. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The "last updated" date above tells you when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

15. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

These Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site, and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Effingham County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
