WHERE YOUR ORDER SHIPS FROM
Vellune is an online store based in the United States. Our products are made by manufacturers we work with in China, and your order ships directly from them to you.

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders arrive within about 2 weeks of being placed. Carrier or customs delays can occasionally add a few days. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order more than one item, they may ship from different manufacturers and arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package will have its own tracking information.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders that can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to reshipment costs.

DAMAGED OR LATE ORDERS
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of purchase, contact us and we'll look into it. See our Refund Policy for details.
