Life with pets is better when the everyday stuff just works: the bed they actually sleep in, the toy that keeps them busy while you're on a call, the feeder that slows down the dog who inhales dinner. Vellune exists to find those things.
We don't make our products. We choose them. Rather than stocking thousands of near-identical items, we keep the collection focused on pieces that solve a real problem for cats, dogs and the people who live with them.
Vellune is an online store based in the United States.
What earns a place in the collection
It has to be useful. Every product does a clear job, whether that's keeping claws off the couch, keeping a cat entertained, or making grooming less of a wrestling match.
It has to be pet-friendly. We look for designs that are comfortable, easy to clean and suited to how pets actually behave, not just how they look in a photo.
It has to fit into your home. Pet gear lives in your living room, kitchen and car, so we favor pieces that are practical without being an eyesore.
What you'll find
Cozy beds and cat caves, scratchers and couch protectors, interactive toys, slow feeders and water fountains, grooming tools, leashes and collars, and travel gear for getting pets from A to B safely.
Shopping with us
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no exceptions. Every product carries a one-year warranty. And if something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Your order ships directly from the manufacturers we work with in China, and most orders arrive within about 2 weeks. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on its way.
If you change your mind about an item, return shipping is the one cost we ask you to cover, so it's worth holding onto the original packaging until you're sure an item is staying. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.
Not sure which product is right for your pet? Write to us at customerservice@vellune.us and tell us a little about them. We would rather help you get it right the first time.
